14. Dealing in venison
(1) No venison dealer shall, except with the approval of NAPRO, sell
venison to any person other than to a venison retailer.
(2) No venison retailer shall buy venison except from a venison dealer.
(3) No person shall—
(a) without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, have in his possession game venison during the close season;
(b) where he is a venison dealer or retailer, have venison at any
place other than his place of business or a place approved by
NAPRO.
