Section 18: Import and export of regulated product

18. Import and export of regulated product
(1) Any person who intends to import or export, or
causes to be imported or exported, a regulated product shall
obtain clearance from NAPRO.
(2) An application for clearance pursuant to
subsection (1) shall be made in such manner as may be
prescribed.
(3) NAPRO may, in such manner as may be
prescribed, give or refuse clearance.
