21. Appeals
(1) Any person who is aggrieved by—
(a) any decision of NAPRO;
(b) a decision of an officer to destroy or dispose of a regulated
product of a perishable nature pursuant to section 7 (5),
may appeal against that decision to the Minister within 21 days of him being
notified of the decision, in such form and manner as the Minister may determine.
(2) The Minister shall as soon as possible determine the appeal and
forthwith inform the person accordingly.
