23. Authorities to assist and co-operate
(1) NAPRO may request the assistance of the police, a public authority or
a statutory corporation in the performance of its functions and in the exercise of its powers under this Act.
(2) The police, a public authority or statutory corporation to which a
request has been made under subsection (1) shall provide such facilities and
assistance as are necessary.
