5. Officer in charge of NAPRO
(1) There shall be an officer-in-charge of NAPRO who shall be a public
officer.
(2) The officer-in-charge shall, in the discharge of his functions and
exercise of his powers—
(a) be under the administrative control of the supervising officer and
be responsible to the supervising officer;
(b) be responsible for the management and administration of the
day-to-day business of NAPRO;
(c) be responsible for the execution of the policy of the Ministry
with regard to regulated products;
(d) carry out such other assignments given to him by the
supervising officer.
