17. Public Records Appraisal Committee
(1) There shall be within the Department a Public Records Appraisal
Committee to control and appraise non-current records in every public body.
(2) The Committee may, subject to the approval of the Minister, make
rules for the conduct of its proceedings and the proper disposal of its business.
(3) The Committee shall meet at such times and at such place as the
Chairperson may decide.
