13. Penalty for giving false evidence
Any witness who, after having been duly sworn, knowingly gives false
evidence on any matter relevant to any inquiry held by a committee, shall
commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a
term not exceeding 2 years.
