3. Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean
(1) There is established for the purposes of this Act an Order to be
known as the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean.
(2) The Order shall consist of the following 5 classes, in order of
precedence—
(a) Grand Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian
Ocean;
(b) Grand Officer of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian
Ocean;
(c) Commander of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian
Ocean;
