20. Documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), every document relating to the Council
shall be signed by the Chairperson and the Council Secretary or, where either
of them is unable to do so, by such other person designated for the purpose
by the Board.
(2) A document to which the Council is a party may be signed outside
Mauritius by a person nominated for that purpose by the Board.
