22. Donations
(1) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to any donation received by the Council.
(2) Where a taxpayer makes a donation to the Council, the amount so
donated shall, upon certification by the Board, be deductible from the gross
income of the taxpayer in the income year in which he or she made the
donation.
