6. Meetings of Board
(1) Subject to this section, the Board shall regulate its meetings and proceedings in such manner as it thinks fit.
(2) The Board shall meet at the request of the Chairperson or of not less
than 3 members and at such time and place as may be determined by the
Chairperson.
(3) Four members shall constitute a quorum.
