8. Committees
(1) The Board may appoint such committees to assist it in carrying out
its functions as it thinks fit.
(2) Any committee set up pursuant to subsection (1) may consist of
members or such other persons as the Board may, without prejudice to the
rule of confidentiality, think fit to designate.
