2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Committee” means the Executive Committee of the Council;
“Council” means the National Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled
Persons established under section 3;
“member” means a member of the Council and includes the Chairperson
and the Vice-Chairperson;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
welfare of disabled persons is assigned.
