18. Annual report
(1) The Council shall, not later than 3 months after the end of the financial year, furnish to the Minister the annual report and audited accounts of
the Council.
(2) The Minister may require the Council to submit a report on any matter
within the purview of the Council.
(3) Any report produced by the Council or submitted under subsection (1)
or (2) shall be published in the Gazette and laid before the National Assembly
unless the Minister decides otherwise in the public interest.
