10. Appointment of staff
(1) The Board shall, with the approval of the Minister, appoint on such
terms and conditions as the Board may determine, such staff as may be reasonably necessary for the purposes of, or in connection with, the discharge
of its functions.
(2) Every member of the staff shall be under the administrative control of
the Director.
