19. Execution of documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), all documents shall be deemed to be executed
by or on behalf of the Fund if signed by the Chairperson or the Director.
(2) Every cheque of the Fund shall be signed by any 2 of the following
persons—
(a) the Chairperson;
(b) the Director; or
(c) such other member as may be appointed for that purpose by the
Board.
