10. Regulations
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may make such regulations as
he thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Where the Prime Minister is of the opinion that the particulars of an
identity card have to be recorded in a document drawn up by a notary, public
officer, a judicial officer or some other person, he may make such regulations
in regard thereto as he thinks fit.
(3) Regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for the levying of
fees and charges.
