15. Persons voluntarily insured
Where the Minister has made regulations for this Part in relation to any
person who—
(a) has attained the age of 18;
(b) is under retirement age; and
(c) makes an application in the prescribed manner to the Minister to
be an insured person,
that person shall become an insured person as from such day as the Minister
may, on approval of the application, specify.
