32A. Collection and recovery of contribution by Director-General The Director-General shall, in relation to an insured person – (a) collect any contribution payable under sections 17, 17A and 18 and any surcharge payable under section 45A; (b) enforce payment of, and recover, any contribution, including surcharge, in the same manner as income tax is recoverable under Part XI of the Income Tax Act. (i) by repealing section 33 and replacing it by the following section –
