39. Accounts of Fund (1) The Minister shall cause to be published in the Gazette duly audited accounts of the Fund annually setting out— (a) the receipts and payments of the Fund; and (b) the assets and liabilities of the Fund with particular reference to any investment held by the Fund. (2) The accounts required to be published under subsection (1) shall be laid before the Assembly.
