7. Meetings of Council
(1) The Council shall, at the request of the Chairperson, meet at least
4 times a year at such time and place as the Chairperson may direct.
(2) At any meeting of the Council, 4 members shall constitute a quorum.
(3) The Council may co-opt such other persons with relevant expertise to
assist it in relation to any matter before the Council.
(4) Any person co-opted under subsection (3) shall not have the right to
vote on any matter before the Council.
(5) Subject to this section, the Council shall regulate its meetings and
proceedings in such manner as it thinks fit.
