24. Regulations
(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the Committee—
(a) make such regulations as he considers necessary for the purposes of this Act;
(b) by regulations, amend the Schedules.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations
made under this section may provide for—
(a) the management and administration of the Fund;
(b) payment and collection of contributions;
(c) claims and payment of lump sums and other sums.
