3. Establishment of Fund
(1) There is established for the purposes of this Act a Fund to be known as
the National Savings Fund, which shall be administered by the Minister in accordance with the Finance and Audit Act.
(2) The Fund shall, for the purpose of any investment of any surplus of the
Fund, be deemed to be a body corporate.
(3) For the purpose of subsection (2), the Fund shall, in any proceedings,
judicial or otherwise, be represented by the Permanent Secretary.
