14. Maintenance of private reserve
(1) The Director may, by written notice, request the owner or occupier of
a private reserve to maintain the private reserve in such manner, and within
such time, as may be specified in the notice.
(2) Where the Director is satisfied that the owner of a private reserve is
unable to maintain the private reserve in the manner indicated in a request
under subsection (1), he may consider providing assistance to the owner or
occupier in such manner as he considers appropriate.
