4. The Council
(1) There shall be for the purposes of this Act a Native Terrestrial Biodiversity and National Parks Advisory Council.
(2) The Council shall—
(a) advise the Minister on—
(i) any matter related to native terrestrial biodiversity,
reserved land, and conservation generally;
(ii) the assessment of the state of wildlife resources and the
effect of land use and environmental activities on wildlife
and wildlife habitat; and
(iii) any related matter referred to it by the Minister;
(b) make recommendations to the Minister with regard to the
conservation of wildlife.
