6. Meetings of Council (1) The Council shall meet— (a) at least once every 3 months; (b) at such time and place as the Chairperson of the Council may determine. (2) At any meeting of the Council, 7 members shall constitute a quorum. (3) No member shall take part in, or vote on, any matter before the Council in which the member or an immediate relative or business associate of the member has, directly or indirectly, a pecuniary interest. (4) The Council shall otherwise regulate its meetings and proceedings in such manner as it may determine.
