10. Meetings of Council
(1) The Council shall hold an annual general meeting not later than
30 September of each year.
(2) The meetings of the Council shall be held at such place and at such
time as the Committee may determine.
(3) The Secretary shall give at least 21 days’ notice in writing of the
date, time, place and agenda of an annual general meeting to the members
of the Council.
(4) The Committee shall submit to the Secretary, 10 days before the
annual general meeting, the annual report and the audited accounts of the
Council for inclusion in the agenda of the annual general meeting.
(5) At any meeting of the Council, 6 members shall constitute a quorum.
(6) A special meeting of the Council may be convened by the Secretary
at the request of the Council or upon receipt of the written request of at
least half of the total number members.
(7) Every member shall have one vote.
