14. Execution of documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), all documents shall be deemed to be executed by or on behalf of the Council if signed by the Chairperson of the
Committee.
(2) Every cheque of the Council shall be signed by the Chairperson of the
Committee and the Secretary of the Council.
