11. Resignation or expulsion of members
(1) Any member may resign his membership.
(2) Any member who is guilty of misconduct may be excluded from the Society by a vote
of two-thirds of the members present at a meeting specially called for the purpose after notice
of the meeting and an opportunity of being heard upon the motion for his exclusion has been
given to him.
