17. Delivery of certified copies
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the right of delivering a certified copy of a
notarial deed shall belong to the notary who holds the original or to a notary
designated by him.
(2) A notary may deliver a copy of a notarial deed the original of which
has been deposited with him.
