8. Unauthorised dealings
No notary shall—
(a) enter into any form of partnership or fee sharing arrangement in
relation to the exercise of his profession with a person who is
not a notary;
(b) act as agent in any matter which can only be done by a notary
for a person who is not a notary; or
(c) permit his name to be made use of in any matter on account or
for the profit of a person who is not a notary.
