28. Certificate of registration
(1) The Registrar shall issue to every person registered under this Act a
certificate of registration in such form as the Council may prescribe.
(2) The Registrar may issue to a registered person a duplicate certificate
against payment of such fee as may be approved by the Council where he is
satisfied that the certificate of registration has been lost, defaced or otherwise destroyed.
