3. Oath required by Constitution
(1) The oath required to be taken by—
(a) a Minister under section 67 of the Constitution;
(b) a Judge of the Supreme Court under section 79 of the
Constitution,
shall be taken before the President.
(2) The oath required to be taken by a member of the Assembly under
section 55 of the Constitution shall be taken in accordance with the Standing Orders and Rules of the Assembly.
