11. Comments
(c) by inserting, after the words “I certify that on
………………………. I thoroughly examined the crane or
other lifting machine described above, including its fittings
and that the above is a true report of my examination.”,
the words “I authorise the use of the above crane or lifting
machine for the period starting on …………….…...... and
ending on ………………….”.
