32. Boiler and Machinery Inspectors Board
(1) There shall be a Boiler and Machinery Inspectors Board.
(2) The Board shall consist of—
(a) a Chairperson who shall be a person having wide experience in the
field of boiler and machinery inspection or in a comparable field;

Occupational Safety and Health Act
(b) 2 assessors who shall be Registered Professional Engineers with
at least 5 years’ experience in the field of machinery inspection
or boiler inspection; and
(c) the Director, Occupational Safety and Health or his representative.
(3) The Chairperson and the assessors shall be appointed by the Minister.
(4) Members of the Board shall be paid such fees as may be determined
by the Minister.
