42. Accommodation for clothing
(1) There shall be provided and maintained for the use of the employees
adequate and suitable accommodation for clothing not worn during working
hours.
(2) Where the number of employees and the nature of their work so require, the Permanent Secretary may direct in writing that proper changing
rooms, separate for each sex, be provided.
