89. Cancellation of registration
(1) Where the Permanent Secretary is satisfied that a registered factory
has ceased to operate or a certificate of registration has been obtained by
fraud or misrepresentation, he may cancel the registration of the factory.
(2) Where the Permanent Secretary is satisfied that there has been a
contravention of any condition subject to which a certificate of registration
has been issued in respect of any factory, he may, by giving to the employer
not less than 30 days’ notice in writing to comply with the condition, cancel
the certificate where the condition is not complied with.
