9. Duties of employers regarding Safety and Health Officers
(1) The employer shall provide to every Safety and Health Officer sufficient time and adequate resources to enable him to discharge his duties.
(2) The employer shall provide a register to the Safety and Health Officer
for the purpose of recording his findings and recommendations after an inspection or any other matter relating to his functions.
