16. Arrest without warrant
(1) Any person who is found committing an offence under this Act, or
who is reasonably suspected of having committed or of being about to
commit an offence under this Act, may be arrested without a warrant.
(2) A person arrested under subsection (1) shall be brought before a
Court within 48 hours of his arrest.
