7. Harbouring
Any person who—
(a) harbours any person whom he knows, or has reasonable grounds
for believing, to be a person who is about to commit or who has
committed an offence under this Act; or
(b) permits any person whom he knows, or has reasonable grounds
for believing, to be a person who is about to commit or who has
committed an offence under this Act, to meet or assemble with
any other person in any premises under his occupation or control,
