11. Chairperson of Board
The Chairperson shall—
(a) preside at every meeting of the Board and any Convocation;
(b) ensure that the decisions taken by the Board are implemented;
and
(c) perform such other duties and exercise such other powers as
may be assigned to him by this Act or the Statutes.
