14. Committees
(1) The Board shall set up a Planning and Monitoring Committee, a Finance
Committee, a Human Resource Committee and such other committees as it
thinks necessary to assist the Board in the performance of its functions.
(2) The composition and functions, and the procedure for the convening
and holding of meetings, of every committee set up under subsection (1)
shall be as specified in the Statutes.
