26. Legal proceedings and execution of documents
(1) The Open University shall act, sue and be sued, implead or be
impleaded under its corporate name.
(2) Service of process by or on the Open University shall be sufficient if
made on behalf of or on the Registrar.
(3) Every deed, cheque, act or document relating to the Open University
shall be signed by the Chairperson and one other person authorised in that
behalf by the Board.
