12. Saving
Nothing in this Act shall—
(a) apply to medical practitioners;
(b) prevent—
(i) a licensed pharmacist from dispensing, selling or supplying
any drugs; or
(ii) a dealer from supplying frames, ophthalmic lenses, or spectacles in the ordinary course of wholesale business.
