16. Assets of Corporation
(1) The coconut plantations existing on Agaléga and all buildings, equipment and facilities connected therewith shall vest in the Corporation.
(2) The lease rentals in respect of the Cargados Carajos group of islands
shall accrue to the Corporation.
(3) The Minister may, by regulations, designate other public property that
shall vest in the Corporation.
