3. Issue of passports
(1) The Passport Officer may issue a passport to any citizen of Mauritius
who satisfies such conditions as may be prescribed.
(2) Every passport shall be in the prescribed form.
(3) The Passport Officer may renew or endorse any passport issued under subsection (1).
