5. Obtaining passport by false statement
Any person who, for the purpose of obtaining a passport, or a renewal or
endorsement of a passport—
(a) makes any representation or statement which he knows to be
false in a material particular; or
(b) recklessly makes any statement which is false in a material
particular,
shall commit an offence.
