18. Public Pensions Defined Contribution Pension Scheme
(1) There is set up, for officers appointed on or after 1 January 2013, a
Public Pensions Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.
(2) (a) Subject to paragraph (b), the Scheme shall be operated, and the
benefits therefrom shall be computed, in such manner as may be prescribed.
(b) The Scheme shall provide for an individual account for every
participant.
