46. Application of Act
This Act shall not apply to—
(a) any pharmaceutical product found in possession of a person in
transit in Mauritius from a ship or aircraft who satisfies the
Director-General or the Permanent Secretary that the pharmaceutical product is solely intended for his own use;

(b) any pharmaceutical product based on the principles of ayurvedic
or Chinese or homeopathic medicine and certified as such by the
Board.
