11. Revocation of quarantine areas
Where, upon the advice of the NPPO, the Minister is of the opinion that—
(a) the quarantine pest in respect of which a quarantine was declared is no longer present in the quarantine area; and
(b) it is no longer appropriate for the quarantine to be maintained in
respect of part or all of the infested area,
he shall revoke or modify the quarantine declaration and give notice of such
revocation or modification in the Gazette.
